In a season filled with outstanding talent, where all five finalists turned four chairs during the Blind Auditions, fans eagerly anticipated the crowning of The Voice Season 24 winner, succeeding the reigning champ, Gina Miles. The moment of truth has arrived, and the coveted title goes to Huntley! As Team Niall’s resident rocker, Huntley secured not only The Voice title but also marked Coach Niall Horan’s second consecutive win. He triumphed over the impressive runner-up from Team Reba, teen bluegrass artist Ruby Leigh, as well as Team Niall’s Mara Justine (3rd place), Team Reba’s Jacquie Roar (4th place), and Team Legend’s Lila Forde (5th place).

Known as ‘The Viking of The Voice,’ a title bestowed by host Carson Daly, Huntley captivated the coaches from his very first Blind Audition, where he belted out “She Talks To Angels,” earning a four-chair turn. Placed under Niall’s guidance, Huntley and Niall formed what Niall described as “a great partnership,” with Huntley consistently showcasing his massive range, delivering stellar performances, and, of course, flaunting his signature flowing blonde locks – a look fans hope he never alters, not even by an inch!
The 33-year-old dad from Fredericksburg, Va., impressed with his effortless covers of significant songs, including Bon Jovi’s “Dead or Alive” in the Knockouts and Kaleo’s “Way Down We Go” in the semi-finals. During the finale, his rendition of Creed’s “Higher” further solidified John Legend’s season-long praise – Huntley sings like a seasoned pro, someone destined to perform beyond the confines of the show. Huntley’s ability to captivate the audience and coaches alike made him a front-runner from the start.
Niall, following in the footsteps of Kelly Clarkson, has now clinched his second consecutive win as a coach on The Voice. Prior to Huntley’s triumphant moment, Niall pledged to his artist-turned-buddy, “win or lose, [they’re] going for a beer.” After weeks of intense competition and Huntley’s triumph over formidable competitors, it’s safe to say that beer is well-deserved.
