Tulsi Puja Ritual:

  1. Morning Ritual:
    • After your morning bath, show some love to the Tulsi plant.
    • Pour water at its roots using a small container.

    • Before pouring water, put some unbroken rice (akshat), sandalwood paste, and red vermilion (roli) on the Tulsi plant.
    • If you don’t have roli, you can use turmeric.
  1. Circle Time:
    • Go around the Tulsi plant in circles (parikrama).
    • You can choose to do it 7, 11, 21, or 111 times.
    • After that, sit down and focus your thoughts on Goddess Tulsi.
  1. Evening Touch:
    • In the evening, light a ghee lamp near the Tulsi plant.

Translation: O Tulsi, you were created first and worshipped by sages, Salutations to you, O Tulsi, remover of sins, beloved of Hari.

Tulsi Mata Puja Mantra

Tulsi śrīrmahālakṣmīrvidyāvidyā yashasvinī।

Dharmyā dharmānana devī devīdevamanaḥ priyā।।

Labhate sutarāṁ bhaktimante viṣṇupadaṁ labhetaḥ,

Tulasi bhūrmahālakṣmīḥ padminī śrīrharapriyā।।

Translation: Tulsi, the abode of wealth and fortune, knowledgeable and renowned, The goddess of righteousness, dear to the lord of gods. By regularly worshiping the Tulsi plant, one attains devotion, Reaching the feet of Lord Vishnu, Tulsi is Mahalakshmi, Padmini, and the beloved of Lord Hari.

Tulsi Mata Dhyan Mantra

Tulsi śrīrmahālakṣmīrvidyāvidyā yashasvinī।
